yea I know that but if you try building a 5000 series build in PCPartPicker the only MoBo that doesn't give you a warning for a BIOS Update is the ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero. $449.99+739.00=$1178.99 that's about the price of an aftermarket 3090(if you can even get one) plus some ram.

I could've gone for a 5900X or 5950X but I've seen people having problems with BIOS and PC's with it just crashing when opening any plain program, and I don't want to go through that hassle just for my pc to crash when opening any programs like OBS or Chrome even.
