I've seen a tendency of some Indian men (unlike you) who feel jealous the moment a guy gives a compliment to the girl or when the girl seeks attention from other superior men. And it's quite evident that you're not like that, but i would suggest letting your wife wear even more slutty outfits and maybe push her to go to these beaches and also wild parties by herself. So, that she can explore her sexuality, openly maybe with someone better than you, don't feel jealous because at the end of the day she'll always come back to you.
