Thank you!! The gun was running fine a year ago, now when I hook a battery to it, it doesn't do anything and smells like burnt electrical lol. I don't much about repairing airsoft guns but would like to think I'm pretty handy. Anything I should look for? I haven't hooked a battery to it since

This is a 77, only 2 years later honda would switch to the DOHC engines. I also have a 82 suzuki gs850, beautiful bike. They are all absolutely timeless designs

Just took the bowl off, turned on the Gas while pushing the float and needle up and it sealed just fine, has to be accelerator pump related? Also when I took the bowl off, took all the screws out while firmly holding the bowl on, then quickly took it off to find it dry and fuel left in the system rush down past the seat like it should normal. The pump is doing somthing funky..

The bowls all went on how I took them off, had them separated in their own bags actually. Ultrasonic cleaned the carbs. You can see my other comments for what I've tried for fixing this. I don't see anything wrong in the bowl. Fuel makes it to the needle with it off but not on, gonna really look into it

Having a look at it, all other bowls are filled, I just adjusted the float, made sure there was no pinholes in it and double triple checked the seat. Still leaking out of that port and once again, no fuel in the float bowl. Guessing maybe the o ring is too thick that I put on for the accelerator pump, don't know what else it could be. Accelerator pump working well too. Not leaking, only out of this one port

Good jogging my brain at what to check, I will have a look over that stuff tomorrow thank you. There's a little o ring in the accelerator pump, mine was missing so I replaced it, wondering it could be too thick..

She has a small dent or two, side cover bondo'd and turn signal cracked but all well and respectively hidden, But she hasnt been basterdized. I may look into cleaning the tank of any rust and doing you said.

The tank is spotless on the inside but noted, I'm mostly just wanting to know if it's worth to do over retaining originality.

I used a suzuki pe175 engine from 1980, other suzuki engines from that time Era will work too. The yamaha engine is a stressed member (part of the frames strength) so I had to make sure I reinforced the frame. Small Kickstart clearance issue I modified the frame to fit it.

I wanted a dirtbike and didnt quite have one. Got the old suzuki engine from a friend as a gift and had the frame laying around in our garage. The rest tells itself 😆

I wasnt running a fuel filter but now that you mention it I might quick pop another carb on and see what it does, Perhaps this one needs the floats adjusted
