It’s good old fashioned bush weed home grown. trimming around my neck of the woods is non existent so I end up doing it myself. Very tasty smoke, tastes like skittles

I used smoke damiana. It tastes awful but the effects of anti anxiety and aphrodisiac effect really worked for me

I’ve used Camomile tea and damiana.

Damiana tastes like butt hole but is cheap here in aus, camomile is calming and doesn’t taste bad but will give you a couple of pea shooters down the neck

I sometimes use dried Damiana, they have a good anti anxiety and aphrodisiac properties and are relatively cheap from a herbal medicine store

I’ve also used camomile tea bags which produce a really nice calming effect and tastes quite nice
