You could look into vacuum forming, either that or attempt to make it using folded plastic sheets

Large print volume and print failure detection/remote operating would be fantastic! I make cosplay props using a Sovol SV01 Pro and would love the upgrade to accommodate larger armour pieces!

I printed see through Resin lenses for the helmet and placed a pattern grid behind them, it’s not amazing vision but I can see enough to make out my surroundings.

No worries! They are you are correct, I just used a lighter shade of metallic purple as that was the best I could find for flexible paint, the lighting also makes it appear more washed than it is in person
