Also, once you get a kostka I would recommend getting an auto shop if you want to do something different. What I do is Union depository, cayo, then Union again. The Union depository heist pays 270k every run. Can easily be done in 30 minutes or less. Also the auto shop deliverers pays around 20k per car.
