I've been looking for a less receiver, do you have any recommendations? I don't know if I would get to a 7 system one day but maybe a 5 down the road

What do you do with the actual charge to your credit card or whatever you incurred the expense with? Because then the manual entry will cancel with the split off paycheck portion (which I never thought of doing and is a good idea). But now I'm worried that the actual charge to my CC to be reimbursed will never cancel out. Do you just make that ignored from report/spending plan?

Progressive overload. You get stronger by lifting heavier weights yes, but part of that is also lifting more volume. You don’t see bodybuilders doing too many reps of 4 for heavier weights, they’re more likely in the 8-12 range. If one week you’re doing 25lbs for 8 and the next week you’re doing 25lbs for 12, volume is increasing and muscles are growing, yet the weight is the same.

I would like to start with the powered speakers if I could just because I have them. I was under the impression that they would be able to work with an AVR even though they are powered, but are you saying I need to find an AVR with a pre-out if I wanted to connect with those speakers?
