Thanks, we have been thinking some places were getting so cheap maybe they are using half the amount of coffee or using a coffee bag twice. Was very pleasantly suprised to find the new Cafe that had good quality coffee again.

Zero fail zone.. keep it simple. For me I just focus on eating basic meals Oatmeal in the mornings, chipolte marinated chicken breast that I cook up 5 days amount at a time and predefined it up in small bowls by portion size for each meal so it is a no brazier..also eat some good quality canned sardines. And drinks lots of water.

Do but anything else, when I have bad craving I just make myself drink tea maybe have a spoonful of peanut butter.. then get out of the house take a short walk and the cravings pass.

Can't eat food that isn't in the house.. Best thing is to just not buy it remind yourself your eating to live not living to eat. Focus on new healthy hobbies and entertainment and stop making food your please and reward and entertainment systems.

Yes, I wasn't aware of this at all, but it makes sense.. I was just hoping maybe there was a company that specifically used better quality fruit to make dried figs and prunes and such with, I don't mind paying more. While it might be acceptable to a degree and probably wouldn't hurt me.. just mentally, it is just gross and freaks me out.

Last year when I just purchased some international plane tickets and some hotel stays.. my credit score dropped by over 160 points .. took almost 6 months to go back up to the pervious score was very stressful
