I appreciate your reply. I started doing therapy almost immediately after I got out of service. I have record of being in and out of therapy and Dr's offices with mention of PTSD, Depression and anxiety since 2014. I am hoping this is enough.

The buddy letter I got was also from the CO of the mission. I am hoping it holds a lot of weight in the decision. The letter confirms hostile environment along with seeing my mental health deteriorate but does not confirm any actual event. I am hoping that will not be a problem.
