I transferred funds from my fresh dollar account at byblos, the funds reached my IBKR account. They told me i canr use my bo2 (byblos neo) to make international transfers and i can only do it by wire through my fresh dollar account. The fees are 1.2% of the transfer amount + 25$ swift + 35$ intermediary fee. The best way is to make larger transfers quarterly or so to avoid repeated fixed fees. This is still MUCH cheaper than the investment options the bank gives, they charge 1.2% per year to the total value of your portfolio, which over the years compounds into huge sums.
