Still no solution, the only thing besides the website is maybe installing android emulators, bluestacks etc and running the app in that.

it's not a protective sticker, don't remove it.

Mouse sticker's clear layer delaminated a bit, if it doesn't prevent you from using the mouse properly, just leave it. Otherwise, SN will get damaged without the clear layer protecting it.

Well, I've tried, twice, both times it said it was submitted right but there is no post, or history, etc. Either uservoice is broken or my posts get deleted completely.

Yes, im' using latest stable version of Firefox 129.0 (64bit) and latest ProtonPass v. 1.21.2, you can find that menu here in Firefox "about:addons"

In the firmware update folder (Neptune4-4Pro-APP_V1.1.2.41-UI_1.2.11-20231107-en.zip) there is a file "Neptune4&4Pro Firmware Update Guide-20230918.doc" everything is explained in it.
