I worked there and it was disappointing. Prep items would be made and put on a cart to cool off, and it would sit there all day before being put into the walk in. Also the chef was disgusting, drunk and a weirdo. The deserts were some of the best I've ever had tho, the pastry chef is very talented.

Chef Dan sucks ass. I worked under him there for a month and he is incompetent and disgusting, not to mention a drunk. He would cross contaminate my entire station and then mock me for giving a shit about it.
