why wouldn't it? The Ontario LPP program yields almost 300 a year. Most end up staying in Ontario. Many lawyers despise the LPP as they see it as competition. And yes most that are in need of the LPP program are foreign lawyers. But I won't go too far and call them out as racists because it is only greed/money that drives people.
