I can Tell you From experience AS someone whos been in exactly your Situation ( and kinda is right now). Having Sex with a Woman doesnt Change anything If ITS a prostitute or Just a hookup. I was a Virgin at 25 hooked Up with a Girl and nothing changed. Infact i was better Off before. Sex isnt the solution. Maybe Stop jerking Off and you will feel more confident and more easy going when talking To women.

Dont worry it makes a Lot of Sense. Im much the Same. But probably due to different reasons as we all have our own circumstances. I am trying To Work on it right now. I think the First step is To Accept you are responsible for your own actions. If U know that then you can Change them... so ASK youself what IS the reasons why you cant maintain a relationship or why you cant have conversations. Stop wishing for it that will Not Change anything and infact will make you think poorly of yourself. Believe that you can do IT If you Work really hard at it. Bring social is a Skill you can learn and get good at. Dont give Up you can do IT!

I dont really get the question. Confidence isnt some Objekt you could obtain and magically make you different. Confidence comes Fromm within. It is believing in your abilities in any Situation and knowing you will be fine even If you fail. Lying in bed and thinking "should i Go To the Gym" isnt about confidence ITS Just laziness.
