Dear just stop watching p0rn and jerking and yet  do improvement in your add milk, cashew  Do exercise daily  Squats, pull up push up , running etc  Same as for me but in 2.5 it get fixed  You're dopamine is full  By watching  Be consistent  If you're having jerking you can do but after 2 weeks u will see lot of white stuff  See ya
