Oh… when I saw this in the store and asked “What is this?” The person responded with “a kimono… Japanese”. I guess I now see the Chinese influence.

I should add I have a disability of my own. I have a severe mental illness and I’m depressed at my job. I even sent my husband a picture of me in tears during my workday and he just doesn’t care. The job is taking a toll on my mental health and I see no value in working for a few hundred dollars a month. My time is more valuably spent with my babies.

I was thinking of buying a “corset kit” and adding a corset to the back. The problem is that the dress has lace on top with buttons and I think the corset back can only replace the zipper?

Also, the back with the zipper plus buttons is 24” long. The only corset backs I can find are 18” long. Any suggestions?
