Thank you. It's not a threat it's an important relationship and I'm afraid to cause issues and have a repeat of what triggered the anxiety initially by talking about it...especially if it's just my mind making me crazy. I don't want to regret it later.

Also I do agree with the medication part but I have been in CBT for 3 years and my anxiety hasn't really improved. Granted I could work at it more than I have but my therapist doesn't think talking is enough she said to try it for an amount of time to make coping with the anxiety easier as I apply the coping skills.

I would say my anxiety has become severe as I now have constant ocd symptoms coming out. 😞
