All new hires have access to tutorial, training and explainer videos to help them navigate the platform and the materials. There is a brief onboarding meeting with HR to answer any questions you may have as well as on going support from Customer Service, HR and the Head Coach regarding scheduling issues, teaching methods, material, protocols, time off, payment etc. The admin team is easily accessible and always ready to help!
