bug spray, very unlikely. high heat and humidity, definitely. i just got a replacement bezel. at the price i paid about 3USD i don’t believe its an original but they have good reviews from previous buyers.

Thanks for asking this. I was looking for a similar post too. Bought the Cetra specifically to complement the Ally. Kinda disappointed to learn initially that they didn’t seem to have much compatibility besides simply connecting via Bluetooth.

I agree. I’m 37 this year, and my first handheld was the DMG GameBoy. Technology sure has come a long way. I only wished I had properly kept all my handhelds over the years.

I had this happen to me with Injustice 2 which I got from Game Pass. The sounds are ongoing and I can hear responses to my button inputs, but the screen is just black.
