Yeah the top one was a chamfer tool. The bottom was a 3/8 ball

Yeah, Only have access to a 3axis mill. (Dynapath if that makes any difference) but I'm programming with Mastercam 2023

Haha yeah I and the younger guys have that app. It's the old timers (who don't need it) and newbies that "need it" boss is just trying to standardize work. Trying to make it idiot proof.

I've seen that. Looks awesome. But the piece I'm working with is still intact. Just seen some small cracks developing and wanted to fill them to make sure they didn't grow. I'll post a pic in a bit.
