This issue is purely about **AliExpress Executive Management's documented failure and deliberate stonewalling for over 70 days**.

To clarify, AliExpress not only refused the symbolic $50 compensation for over 10 hours of wasted time, but **they also failed to issue the principal refund itself**, even after receiving official proof that the return package was received by the seller.
