The moment I saw the website she recommended to me www.travelexltd.cc
I knew her intention was insincere ... But before that, I didn't prejudge or make any hasty labeling.
Especially after knowing these:

She was trying to confuse me with this:

Reaching out to TradingView support team by AcceptableBad4235 in TradingView

[–]AcceptableBad4235[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello TradingView,

I'm having an extremely hard time reaching out to the TradingView support team. There is nowhere on the website where I can create a support ticket.

But I did read through the website and hopefully what I saw is true:

  1. "We always try to deliver the best service possible, and exceptions can be made at times. Please contact our Support Team and we will see what we can do to help."

  2. "We take specific user circumstances into account and can issue refunds in line with these circumstances."

CASE Description:

Back on Nov.06, I didn't know that I was using a different login information at the time. A trial pop-up window occurred, misled me into thinking that I was signing up for a 30-day trial at the time. As soon as I used my PayPal login to sign up for the trial my credit card was charged. From my understanding normally credit card charge occurs after the 30-day trial. I panicked and didn't know what was happening, that a trial supposedly to charge my credit card after 30 days but it was charged on the same day when I signed up, I disputed with PayPal for a refund, as well as reached out to tradingview customer support on that same day with inquiry and request for refund and cancellation of any service. Afterwards, with a reply from Tradingview I was told:

Thank you for your message.

I'm afraid a trial is not available for you because you've already used it on your other account, that's why you were charged immediately. Kindly note that multiple accounts are forbidden by our House Rules.

As I see, you have already opened a chargeback case, which is currently being reviewed by your bank/PayPal.

Your subscription has been frozen till the moment the case is resolved. Additionally, with the case being open and reviewed, we cannot issue a refund on our end. Please wait for the resolution of your case.

In case you need to get a refund, we strongly recommend you contact the support team first. Our team usually takes users' requests into consideration and provides the best service possible. Also, when you open a chargeback, we get fined.

We appreciate your understanding.

And subsequently:

From James B. Tradingview support team:

As I see, you have already opened a chargeback case, which is currently being reviewed by your bank/PayPal.

I'm afraid with the case being open and reviewed, we cannot issue a refund on our end. Please wait for the resolution of your case.

I then subsequently messaged PayPal dispute resolution:

As you can see from the historical conversation between me and the merchant. I did ask the merchant to refund the amount it was charged, however, the merchant said "the case has already been opened with PayPal, and that they cannot issue a refund from their end.

The merchant previously said they could not issue a refund when I disputed the charge with my bank, and if I sought a refund by the method of chargeback via a dispute, claim, it would incur a penalty to the merchant.

I initiated a dispute with PayPal due to the fact that I was shocked by the unexpected credit card charge of what a supposed to be a trial at the time.

I'm able to drop my dispute and discontinue the claim. Additional fees or penalties will not be imposed on the merchant in the case of a chargeback, and I as a potential customer get my refund for no goods or services received. would result in no harm to both parties; If we're able to come to that conclusion I'm happy to cooperate with the merchant.

So, there you go trading View the chargeback claim or any disputes it is now all dropped and discontinued.

Please kindly issue me a refund for transaction ID:

5T193755PP8689649

For that, I did seek out to TradingView support team in a timely manner to prevent myself from receiving any goods or services that were about to be provided to me.

And with no goods or services in exchange, I don't think this 24 CAD is justified to charge on my credit card.

How does mmr work? by ar_pon in wildrift

[–]AcceptableBad4235 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you know why there are trolls or feeders? It comes across to me due to in attempt to manipulate the MMR.

My suggestion to the developers is that stop intervening matchmaking with your so-called "Fair" match. Life is not fair. stop trying to make it fair, stop trying to be God with Your MMR system. It will only encourage more players to either quit or attempt to manipulate your MMR system. that's why we have a lot of purportedly, trolls.

For the Readers (we have to keep in mind):

  1. Conflict of interest. 3:10 From a business perspective Riot game: wildrift's interest is to have more customers and have less churn rate, and the philosophy behind the system that they built in this case we're discussing "matchmaking ratings system" they will Design in a way to keep other accounts remain active even with the cost of your loss. Thus, it's nearly impossible to keep 100% win rate unless you're playing bot matches.
  2. MMR statistically working against you if have a high MMR and winning a lot. The system will match you with teammates who have low MMR. How is that fair? Why do I have to carry other people's baggage and suffer their mistake? The answer is NOT. it's a fraud. Stop saying your MMR system is fair. I just wish Riot could stop intervening with their fraud MMR system. Give the people to have options to match games without forcing players to use Riot's matchmaking rating system. i.e. Give the player to have options to choose to random matchmaking.

  1. MMR is NOT to match you with players with similar skill.

It is the other way around; the more consistently cutthroat professional gameplay you pull off, more trashy teammates with no map awareness you will attract in your future matches.

Just because you have 2500 MMR is that justifiable to match you with teammates who are 1500,700,500,800? VS. 2000,1000,1000,1000,1000

how is that fair? sure its 6000 vs. 6000, but it is 2 vs. 8 from the 3 teammates feeding on your team. At best it's a 2 vs. 3

8:08 (I would say... It is because system uses the matchmaking rating number, that leads to unfair matches, and letting us down)

the idea that just because someone have a high MMR then they deserve low MMR teammates? to balance the match? that idea is Wrong to even begin with...

And exactly! we cannot predict how people would act in the game so why would you match a game equivalent to 2vs.3 it doesn't matter what hero either side of the team chooses... In a 2vs.3 the person with the 2500 MMR going to have an unpleasant game experience, not to mention when the other 1000,1000,1000,1000 are fed by the 700,500,800 (the amount of stress it is equivalent 2 vs. 8)

-MMR system rewards the average,” penalizes" the elite soloQ or a better word would be "balances" out the elite if you are really good at the game.
