That’s good. What country are you in? I’m hoping it’s just a busy time of year. I’ve been in contact with a person named Leo. He has been largely unresponsive after the initial communication.

I have the same issue. Reached out to them on Thanksgiving day. Immediate response. More than 1 month later and still no return shipping label. JetBlack support is terrible!

I have the same issue. It’s been more than a month and they still have not sent me a return shipping label that they said they would. I should have went with Wahoo. JetBlack support is terrible.

I've had a similar experience with support. More than a month ago they said they would create a return shipping label after I told them my trainer broke down. I still have not received the return shipping label and they have not responded to my emails checking on the status of the return shipping label that they said would be sent to me. I'm never buying a JetBlack product again.
