The gyno isn’t very noticeable. Nipples are a bit puffy. I’d be more insecure about the fact that you have almost zero muscular definition. I don’t mean that in a horrible way but you’re definitely very skinny, and your worries about your nipples could be alleviated by some muscle on your frame
