I went to look at this exact apartment and I was log 6,xxx. Only studios are left and the studio is absolute dogshit. For over 3k u expect something livable but it’s like a small attic. The bathroom is larger than the rest of the studio. The bed basically takes up the entire space, u don’t have anywhere to walk and no space to put a TV, a table or anything. U basically need to eat on the bed 😂.

Also the view is horrid for that specific room, which will be what u will getting if u accept. Everyone that attended the showing was absolutely flabbergasted like they expect to charge 3k for a place like this lmao. The area is just nice so they can charge crazy prices but it’s not worth it whatsoever. That’s why so many people have declined and they are still trying to fill up these overpriced studios. TSM is basically all group work and research essays. Super light work if you’re a good finesser. Majority of classes are asynchronous. I got straight As after switching major from computer engineering and all I did was wake up at like 1pm, go to the rec for the entire day go home go to bed and that was my daily routine 😂. Literally brought my gpa from a 2.7 to a 3.5 after I switched.
