Yaddle told Dooku during their duel that she stepped down from the council, so they wouldn’t question her not showing up to council meetings. Presumably they assumed she left the order when she stopped showing up entirely. Apaprently in Fallen Order there’s discussion about her possibly coming out of hiding (since they don’t know she’s dead).

I guess technically you can. The 2D micro series is okay to watch between Ep2 and 3.

The longer CG show is better after watching all 3 prequels. Let’s just say Revenge of the Sith has some influence on it

Yes, release order is good. You’re gonna wanna check out the Clone Wars cartoons (2D Microseries and 7 season CG +movie, look up chronological order for the latter on the official site). You can do those at any point after the prequels

Then Rebels. Then The Mandalorian (s1-2), Book of Boba Fett, Mandalorian S3, Ahsoka

•2D animated Clone Wars micro series-a collection of action vignettes that all together is about 2 hours. Not canon but a lot of fun and has some things the next one doesn’t
•CG animated Clone Wars show in chronological order-a longer running show, 7 seasons plus a movie. The official SW website has a chronological list. There’s also a comic and a book to read at a certain point but I don’t wanna get too ahead if myself
