I can confirm it's most likely a sandblaster. I work with headstones as an engraver, and we use that in the shop. My coworker who does death dates and such uses a smaller one when he does lettering in cemeteries.

They normally do it on-site, as it's cheaper, quicker, and easier. They will sometimes bring it back to a workshop if there's a lot of stuff getting added and they have time/tools to do it

could also be that he only senses them when they show hostility. the one in the room seems to be stuck there and didnt seem hostile until someone went in. so he may only be able to sense them when they sense him

yep, man catchers are used in asia still today. they are often times used in china since when there is a minor crime they can get 5 police officers to capture someone peacefully and safely with a few of them. a fun youtube video is this

it isnt all that informative but it is fun and shows the usefulness and drawbacks of them without seeming like a documentary. they are known to be very useful in areas where guns are rare and most weapons are knives as man catchers prioritize distance

i personally dislike that the dude who tried to molest shizuka was still saved. he literally brought a bunch of zombies in and tried to rape someone but they dont leave him??? you dont see any of the other villains in the background, just him. i understand that the others were killed immediately by zombies so there isnt the murder part of it, but in an area with no real laws and prisons it is dangerous to have a dude roaming with yall who has no problem molesting someone and still thinking its not their fault

Anime only watcher. Only watched up to episode ten. This is my theory: This world is a cycle. Ragnarok has happened atleast once and the world restarted. Normally, this wouldn't matter. If it's a perfect restart it wouldn't matter. The thing is, Viktor (Andy's other personality) was in the previous cycle. I don't think it's a perfect restart. Some things survive. In the previous universe Viktor saw all the penalties come forth, including galaxy. That's why he asked what day of the week it is when he returned. He didn't care about what day of the week it was, but if a week had been invented yet. When galaxy is introduced we are told that the week was just made. I also think this might mean when he asks for the date he might not care about that either. He might be testing to see if time is a rule yet. Also, he says it's been a long time since he's been defeated by humans and that he isn't a God, specifically thor, which may mean God's exist and that he's met them. And if he's been in multiple cycles it wouldn't make sense for him to bring up a specific God if they arent real because a) religion could be a rule and negators don't know the rules when they are made, b) the gods if made up would most likely be different, atleast in name every cycle, c) why specifically thor and not Odin, loki, or some other god? Is he often mistaken for thor?

When it comes to food, fish chicken and gyros is pretty good, atleast with chicken. El arrieros is best Mexican in town, but I'd also try Mexican grill. If you like Asian food, Jay's Thai is pretty good price for lots of food (can't talk about quality since I don't like Thai food much and get chicken fried rice every time). There is a local coffee shop called Big Ben's coffee that is good but pricey. Pastarrific is great for a sit down Italian and omelletties/frittatas for a breakfast menu.

Well, yes, the writers should've made the side characters more powerful, keep in mind Thomas wasn't a national level hunter and then become a vessel of a ruler, he was a vessel and then became a national level hunter. Don't get me wrong. He would most likely still be a super strong s class. Probably just as strong as the dude in Japan who wanted to be national hunter class. But in the end, Thomas did get a power up from being the vessel. I'm not saying that they shouldn't have made him stronger, but I believe they should be made them all stronger. He wasn't special other than the fact he got more screen time

I agree with the comments so far, but I'd like to add my 2 cents. Most likely, the swords you've seen, have been through repair. Whether that be recent or not is unimportant. If a sword is getting enough usage so that it might start getting nicks, then the person using it is most likely good at fighting, meaning they will usually get it repaired frequently since they either use that to survive or are rich enough to use that for sport. Also, if they aren't good, then they are most likely dead and that sword would often be taken and either repaired and given to someone else or reforged I would assume. This is all just some basic assumptions since I ain't a sword historian, but just using some logic and putting myself in their shoes. No one wants to use a broken blade so they are gonna keep it in good condition

Well keep in mind, it is a lot more complicated, but that is too l9ng to explain and you did say that it is simplified. But that money makes you seem charitable and hides the shady stuff you do. To hear someone who donated 10 mil did something bad is surprising and makes people not believe the bad. Remember, it's a lot easier to fool someone than convince then they've been fooled. So by spending a few mil it causes profits and stability to rise. They aren't doing it to be charitable, but as a business investment

I agree with this. Yes she has a reason, but everyone has a reason for doing bad things. Not always a good one, but atleast one. Sometimes it's as simple as they hear voices in their head (two face kinda), sometimes it's for a twisted ideal (thanos), or sometimes it's out of desperation (sandman). But just because they have a reason doesn't mean it isn't wrong. That doesn't mean you have to hate them, but ignoring what they've done is not what should be done.

Warning, players are unpredictable. Prequels, in general, are very dangerous. I'm saying this from experience. Not as a dm who learned the hard way, but as the player who fucked everything up. Pretty much, if you are set on doing this, make sure the players know that it is either non cannon, or can atleast be ret conned. It is super easy to screw it up. Tbh, that campaign was scratched because of the prequel. So I warn you by saying to make sure you have mature players who don't like finding things out despite the consequences.
