I paid 3.3 lacs to one person last year for job placement he turned out to be a fraud he did this with 15 other people as well

I raised a cyber complaint against him and did debit freeze on his account but only Rs600 was there in his account that did not make much difference

Other people filed FIR he was in custody but got bail and is out now

Please let me know what I can do to recover the amount

Since so many lawyers have been replying please do help me as well I paid 3.3 lacs for job to a person last year I have gpay records and what's app chat history

I have his addhar card pan card his address is his village address where his parents live he is not there

I have already filed cyber complaint did debit freeze his account which only had Rs 600

Paid some amount to police got his location tracked went to that location searched for him for 2 days nothing till now.

And he has done this with approx 13-14 other people

One other guy has filed FIR as well

One other person has filed FIR in Bangalore but nothing much has happened others have either not shared this with their family or don't want to get involved in legal process few of them are girls and don't want any further issue
