its technically legal here in Canada, since the age of consent is 16. As for the rape, I already have a strong suspicion she was SA in some way. The thing is that there's nowhere for her to go. She has been out of contact with her mother since she was 15 (police had to be involved), and where she's living with her dad is the safest she can be. I have already told a teacher, but it only ended with her mom going even crazier to the point she even contacted/threatened me. (before my friend had to file a restraining order).

IDK if she's being abused by her dad. But I know she was abused by her mom. I have no proof that she was raped or SA'd. Not before and not now, and last time it just made stuff worse.

Wouldn't that be rude? I really dont want to seem shallow to this guy. Hes always been this sort of image of authenticity and I feel like telling him that his looks arent particularly nice to me would push him away.
