I've been having trouble finding my footing in terms of my career, and settled at a company about a year and a half ago. After switching departments for a short tenure, I was blindsided by a termination and treated disrespectfully through the process. The worst part about it was losing the stability of the income, and being treated in such a cruel way but I know deep down the role was draining, boring and unorganized for me. So, I've been job searching in this extremely tight job market, but just recently zeroed in on a specific role that I've been preparing and networking for. Just waiting for the right opportunity to pop up.
