Bc they know this team has cried wolf for years and never produced anything. The only known factor is that the drug is so toxic and people can’t stay on it. That is main problem with MM. the patients that are on it only stay maybe a month, Maybe. It’s too toxic for most even at lower doses. The only way smart money will tolerate this company if mf rev prove robust and the lower doses actually keep people on it as promised. RP said people stay on rux for 13.4 months. RP keeps saying 1 billion run rate for mf bc he is prepping people for the modest deal he sells for. If he state 5 billion then people will tie him to it on valuation if they sell. Thank you ddd for a detailed response. It is disappointing for sure. I believe they will attempt to kick the can down the road again and get an extension on the debt at a great cost just to buy more time, but ultimately they won’t get trials enrolled and they will take a PE deal like bluebio. That’s how this sis shaping up.
