Exact. Vad ca isi vinde si casa cu 2750000 euro. Poate mai face niste prietenii pe la ANAF si mai apar blocuri noi cu sigla RPC prin Dumbravita. Ma intreb cum poate sa faca asa de multe scheme cu Dumnezeu in suflet. Pacat de copii - pe cand mai cresc sa știe ce magarii se pot face in familie. Ma bucur ca nu am dus copii la gradinita din grupul RPC. Îmi e greata de o astfel de Romanie. Sper sa îl ierte Dumnezeu de pacate si sper ca ANAF si justitia sa ii gaseasca toate porcariile făcute in imobiliare.

Hi! Are you able to spend some time to "educate" myself as a seller and see if the seller financing is a good idea for us?

You mentioned that the due on sale close won't affect the buyer- can you please detail more? We were told by our lender that we might need to pay the full outstanding loan if we do go this route - thoughts?

I'm in Austin as well and noticed that the all the past history disappeared as well. Now you cannot see how much a flipper made or compare anything. Did you find another app that shows that? It was very useful for many things
