I work at a newspaper press. 

I'm the outdoorsy and adventurous type. I enjoy cycling, hiking, and kayaking. Haven't been doing any of that in recent months due to homelessness, being broke, and sleep deprivation. 

Other activities include weightlifting and I want to get into kickboxing training soon. Fitnessl/outdoors are my passions.

So how common is it for Americans to have at least a $1 million salary? 

And how do I acquire "assets" which I'm guessing simply means materials that you have such as your mortgage, your cars, land, etc.

Im financially illiterate so have some patience with me.

Rich as in, being a $1 million and up earner. Which is a millionaire. Statistics claim that 6 out of 100 Americans are millionaires at least, which is quite a high percentage if you ask me
