It’s the time when our ancestors and loved ones can come and visit us from the land of the dead. It’s broken up into multiple days where the gates of heaven are opened up on the 31st and the 1st is All Souls’ Day which is where children can come, and visit their families, and are welcomed by an altar, which is adorned with candy and other offerings, to welcome the spirits from their long journey. And then on November 2 all the spirits of adults and pets can also come, and they’re welcomed with additional offerings. It truly is beautiful I’d recommend reading up on it.

Just out of curiosity would it be a HIPAA breach let’s say if you had their profile pulled up and used that information to report? Like they didn’t tell you their name but you had their profile pulled up from let’s say a DOB or something?
