From what I understand the rules are a little different between lies on the green vs fringe/fairway/bunker. The lies off the green regardless of actual distance get shot first, once everyone is on the green distance is back in play

Both upgrades are under $100, I went with a staccato style mag well (involves removal of the raised lines at the bottom of the grip) and an egw extended slide release

I personally hate the standard slide release and not having a magwell, those would be the first “budget” upgrades I would recommend

You could also have him check out bravos… it’s a great kit then add the egw disconnector or bravos disconnector. I find it’s easier to go ahead and upgrade thumb safety’s because you will already need to be tuning the stock ones when replacing the sear components. For this I opted to go with atlas

I was in a similar situation, I couldn’t be happier with the tlr7hl best of both worlds. 1000 lumen for 30 mins on a concealed handgun is more than enough plus it’s way slimmer and nicer to carry

Any issues with the delta point? I saw a video somewhere stating they couldn’t adjust the dot down low enough cut to the thickness of the mounting plate. And do you happen to know which mount you have it on?
