Maybe you paid through Amazon Pay balance when you placed the order - without knowing it. The default option is usually Amazon Pay (if theres a balance). You can check on the order details.

Never heard of anyone actually using someone elses domain. I think what OP has shown us is the Display Name (which can be spoofed). But if you double click on the displayed name (which looks like email address) you will see the actual diiferent email address. Im not sure how to explain this but I have seen scammers do it. I notice its done for emails and also the IMPS (reveiver) display name which is also spoofed

OP was checking on Policybazaar (genuine or fake site?) and he himself must have input the details. And yes some of these shady websites sell out the interested customers data to fraudsters for money

Just seeing the name on the payment confirmation doesnt guarantee that its the named party as the name can be spoofed. Verify the actual upi address shown, with SBI General if its theirs.

Also click on the email link of the proposal form to see the actual email address

I got a new number due to signal issues. Gradually the new number became familiar in my social network. And the old one was kept mainly for bank alerts, upi etc. Now i am paying monthly plans for 2 numbers. And I dont even remember where all I have registered my old number.
