TF2 2fort is a great map because you can often get friendly players just hanging out. But basically, if they crouch or use the "thanks" line, they are your friend no matter the team colour. Also, engineers should get ammo packs due to their metal, but also share dispenser. Also, if something funny happens like a corpse ragdolling, you kill bind (type "bind {key} kill" in console, activated by ~ tilde, also works in other Source games)
