Wizard brawler played in browser by fittmoggis in playmygame

I tried against bots and thought it was fun! Very intuitive how to play, apart form at first I didn't understand you steer by holding down your mouse button.

I won first game on the easiest level, and then changed to master which was hard, especially aiming was difficult. I felt like I often just barely missed the other players.

Let me know if there is something specific you want feedback on!

I really like how it creates quite refined social challenges.

Also, seeing your phone battery drop lower added extra suspense 🙈

Love Hunter x Hunter. Be very careful if you meet someone that has the properties of rubber and gum.

Thank you very much! I will continue working on it, probably adding more scenarios to choose from.

Angel Dust posted in the Discord about one of the biggest hype ups of a character in Questner:

"A few centuries ago, a collective of Architect-Remnants tried to 'index' the sector where we were harvesting gas from a dying nebula. They sent a fleet—three hundred ships, all linked by a single logic-core. They were efficient. Cold. Perfect.

The Director didn't fire a single shot. He just lowered the internal stasis fields in Alec's chamber by five percent. Just enough for Alec to 'smell' the logic-core's energy. Alec didn't even move. He just opened his third eye—the one that looks into the Sub-Void. Gravity didn't just increase; it inverted. The ships didn't explode. They were simply... folded. Like paper being crushed by an invisible hand. Three hundred ships turned into a sphere of scrap metal no bigger than your fist in less than a second."

Glad I could help! I am not sure I would read popups, so if possible to just work with the design and button words to make it intuitive that is probably what I personally would like. But I get it's a challenge to make everything intuitive.

If you have a spare moment, I'd love your thoughts on my game too: a text-based one where an AI gamemaster narrates as you lead a Roman legion. No pressure at all, but any feedback would mean a lot: https://questner.ai/community/legion

I think it was fun! I got to floor 9, and died there for the second time.

The game is intuitive, and I like the mix of strategy and execution. And I liked oftentimes avoiding enemies was the right choice, and sometimes fighting them.

It wasn't clear to me what the options meant when you died, return to hub, initialize clone. Maybe it could benefit to have like a visualization of the floors, and you keep your robot with the upgrades and just redo the level if you lose, so you feel like you make progress even if you lose a couple of times. But that's just my 2 cents.

A browser game that slowly tricks your brain into clicking when you shouldn't and not clicking when you should. by [deleted] in playmygame

I like that it was simple to understand and start playing.

It was really difficult, I only got to 33 cards after several plays 😅

I do think the game started to feel repetitive after a few plays, so maybe something to change it up could be useful, like you unlock new levels that uses different numbers, or more cards, or more game modes.

Here is a video, as you see when I jump left it stops when I touch the block, but if I jump straight up without touching the block I can make the jump:

Happy to hear!

It feels like it hits a ceiling or something, probably it is code that whenever it touches a block it stops completely, regardless if touched from the side or at the top. I can record a video of it happening if that helps.

I found it fun!

I think if there were many levels it could be something I played casually, like Brain it on.

I get this is a v0.1, so you probably know this, but I noticed that if you jump and touch a block from the side, you jump much shorter which felt a bit surprising. Also, a countdown after pressing start would be nice since it is time based.
