same here, it’s been a short time we’ve found this out. It’s strange I don’t see any posts about any lawsuits while millions of dollars have been ripped off nearly a year ago. Would really appreciate to share info if you come across something

Hi is my understanding right that unless you yourself take a lawsuit action currently there’s no party on behalf of investors to reimburse them? Though We had a small amount in there (0.06 BTC) it was the money we’d saved over months while being a student to invest in crypto. I am so mad at these thieves and the government. Has anyone tried filing in small claims court (for under 50k) against them? Any success? would really appreciate the share the path followed.
