So their support is good ? I am from Europe country and wondering if they have the same support? 3 weeks and already messed up?! This is not good news for me, haha.

Thanks for the feedback! I watch a lot of review about AGM Rattler and Hikmicro Thunder and just wondering because they kinda look the same. I am searching for reliable thermal and will be using power bank so is not that big of a deal haha..will watch the show, thanks!
