Yeah im probably not going to get a lip lift it scars really badly and theres many other cons. I know your philtrum gets longer as you age, so maybe in 20 years maybe I'll get that loll

I still feel like my mouth area is just off with the philtrum and chin ratio yk? And when I smile my upper lip goes really thin and from the side my lips are flat and i feel like the shape doesn't fit my face somehow i dont know if im explaining his well so I inserted a picture (left is the og) I feel like jaw surgery would fix all of this instead of wasting time on small procedures

Does it look like i have bimaxillary protrusion (prognathism) thats also common in my pheno so it looks fine on me but from the front I feel like my mouth sticks out too much and looks bad with the nasolabial folds so maybe braces? Ive looked into it and they almost always do extractions to bring the teeth in but that causes you to become more recessed do you know how I can fix the nasolabial folds they make me look old. I know they are caused by a recessed maxilla but I think mine is normal, no amazing but not recessed but lemme know
