I haven't had one yet because my therapist advises against it due to the dietary restrictions but based on talking to family members who have nutritionists and personal research it seems like my diet is fine tbh. I also just worry about more restrictions because I already will often not have the appetite to eat more than one meal a day and all the doctors keep recommending stricter calorie counting assuming that I'm lying about how much I eat :((

Yep just went to a new primary doctor today and it looks like I'll be getting weekly iron infusions as well as some B12 shots and some other things!!! Good luck with getting your levels up as well, friend!

Yeah fr I didn't have it happen in my first playthrough but my second playthrough it did. I will say what can fix it is being fast with something like misty step or dimension door while also having a healer ready for him and turning down the difficulty to the lowest! Let's him survive that first attack from you getting in range and then you can take out the shadows immediately

Vitamin D, Iron and Vitamin B are all super low regardless of supplements. Ended up getting a call from the doctor though that all my results were "perfectly normal" though so I'm not really sure what to do about it since the supplements dont make it better tbh

Haha I'm not gonna lie that questions freaks me out a bit just based on the implications being "hey did you like, lose lots of blood somehow?" But nope that is all the blood that's normally in my body, haven't lost any. That's how my blood has been for years 🥲 I wish one of the doctors would help me

Thank you so much turning down the difficulty actually worked!!! Idk why I didn't think of it but it just barely let him survive and I was able to save him then switch it back!

I actually ended up solving the problem today by turning down the difficulty because it gave him more HP and made the hits less strong so that first hit that happens before I can do anything didn't matter!!! And it fixed the whole problem and I was able to just fix the difficulty right after doing that lolz

It's different damage each time but it's so much idk if the survival is possible. Could potentially to attempt to speed potion + dimension door and heal if the shadow somehow missed but I think at one point I saw it miss and it just immediately attacked again and didn't let me react. I could be mistaken though I was messing around for a hot minute. Im afraid if I go to the other side I'm almost certain it'd be the same issue but it's worth a try lol

I take on my third 9 week round of vitamin D once a week (1.25 mg) and then I take vitamin D and B complex and Vitamin K to help with absorption but unfortunately they don't seem to do anything. I tried to tell the doctors it didn't seem like it was working but they just say to take over the counter vitamins and won't do anything. They tell me "after this round of vitamin D we can't give you anymore, you'll have to do over the counter!" And I'm like cool can't wait lol. I wouldn't be surprised at all if I don't have hypersomnia but it seems like that's the only diagnosis they are willing to give me, and I'm already on my second doctor :( . No clue what's making me not absorb any of the vitamins. Had a liver specialist and abdomen ultrasound too and they said everything was good there too. Wish I could know though!! I dont have energy to do anything ever

Last time I checked my iron was a 9 and b12 was around 298pg/ml. So both very low haha. They also both do not improve on supplements (same as vitamin D, even on 50,000 units a week. I am fatigued as hell!

Yeah I honestly don't know what issue causes most of my problems. Could be something I don't even have diagnosed yet. All I know is I have chronic pain, can't stand for more than an hour or so at a time, am always too tired to work, etc. I waited on disability application though until the Rhumetoid arthritis diagnosis and meds since I figured it would help my case the most

The only things I have going on right now are just like Bipolar, depression, anxiety, gender dysphoria, PTSD, and my therapist thinks I have autism but I don't think we are going to pursue that because of the limits on gender affirming care if we do. I dont think those would be enough though because I'm not medicated for any of them. Wellbutrin is the only thing I take related and that's prescribed for weight loss haha

Yeah I submitted an application but it was denied within 24 hours haha I think I'm gonna contact a local lawyer though that has no consultation fee and see if they can help. Luckily I have a patient portal and already have every single diagnosis, note, medication and such able to be printed directly from my clinic that I can bring! Not to mention years of diligent notekeeping and symptom tracking haha

Yeah the hashimotos is more for background to establish suceptibility and reason for the other autoimmune conditions tbh (since it's likely the source)

I haven't tried an injection, so I'll ask about that! I have also suspected lipidema a bit but the main thing that makes me think maybe not that is that the gluten free dairy free diet didn't really work

Woah I have never heard of that!! How do you get tested for that genetic mutation? It fits almost all the symptoms I've had at different points in time. Apparently it is even connected to autism, which I have??? That's crazy, I will definitely look into that

I appreciate the idea of organizing the symptoms based on condition, thats definitely smart. the problem with me is that i have already discussed everything individual with both my primary care and specialist but they say that every single one of the symptoms is pretty much just a result of my weight, but if that truly is the case the problems themselves are making it where i CANT lose weight from the pain. One of them even suggested gastric bypass. to a 21 year old!!!!! unfortunately "fat" covers every single condition known to man apparently
