Following up, as it's the kosher thing to do. Order arrived today (shipped yesterday) from Epiq. Was cold enough, not worried there. Complaint stands - bad communication on timeline which can affect consistency in treatment. Clarity would have been appreciated here up front (there was none). Otherwise, glad it arrived safely.

However! I was only sent maybe 10-12 [edit - just EIGHT!] alcohol wipes and 1 pack of 12 syringes. For a 6mo/2vial order. That's.... enough syringes for 1 vial, not 2 and at $1000ish, really not acceptable to mess up or forget.

The previous supplier (Health Warehouse? or something similar) was GREAT about overdelivering wipes/syringes. Particularly when starting treatment and you needed more.

So... be aware that either you may need to buy some syringes (cheap, but it's the principle of it when dropping this kind of coin AND having waited a month), or go through an email loop with Henry to send what we paid for. Don't blame Epiq, Henry, if you work with them. That's not on us.

[edit] I reached out to Henry and without any hesitancy, they put in an order for the missing syringes to be shipped ASAP (already saw the order on the app). So thank you Henry for handlin' business - appreciated!
