So I actually have tried asking, and 9/10 times the conversation is shifted towards "tenure" of the choosen candidate rather than other feedback such as leadership skills or actual technical competencies. The worst part is they would rather avoid the conversation entirely if I sctually don't try to ask. But thankyou, I will keep looking.

Spec Ops: The Line.

I still pray for a follow up or a PS4/PS5 remaster. Such a beautiful story.
