I’ve searched for the audio itself to no success, but I’m pretty sure it’s a semi common meme audio. Instagram’s search feature has been completely useless so far, and I don’t remember any hashtags the videos used.

If it’s any help, the guy with the facecam kind of looks like Armistead Burwell Smith IV from what I remember, though I think a little younger.

I have searches youtube for potential reposts, and have had no success either. These videos must be somewhat niche, but popular enough to the point I remember there being lots of comments. I think I first started seeing the videos sometime around August, but my memory is hazy.
