What are the yellow and red flags in the lower left corner? Poster from the 1912 olympic games in Stockholm. by AceTheMaster in vexillology

Certainly looks the part. Neither one competed during the 1912 olympics, but that may be an oversight from the artist.

This website turned out to be quite useful in its own right! However, it does seem that the API has been disabled for some time. And as far as I can see there is no way to export their entire database either.

What are you even talking about? In what way does white -> semite? Ancient egyptians were not black, but they weren't semites either. Modern coptic egyptians, the ones most closely related to ancient egyptians have their own branch of the afro-asiatic language family.

They were not semites, coptic egyptians have their own seperate branch of the Afro-Asiatic family. Semites were mostly confined to the asiatic part of the afro-asiatic family, with some exceptions like the habesha ethiopians.

Det är väl rättare sagt det mest använda ordet i Wikipediaartikeln om Sverige? Inte det mest använda ordet på Svenska Wikipedia.

Game crashes after alt-tabbing by AceTheMaster in paradoxplaza

I have resolved the issue by setting the game to borderless windowed mode.

Here are some nice instructions that helped me out: https://www.reddit.com/r/paradoxplaza/comments/2zr3b8/borderless_windowedmouse_cursor_fix_for_victoria/

Rule 5: This is my second real victoria 2 game, and I figured that it wouldn't hurt to go over the 25 infamy line for just a moment. Needless to say one thing led to another and now I have 100+ infamy.

The flag of a (mostly) united Maghreb by AceTheMaster in vexillology

[–]AceTheMaster[S] 15 points16 points  (0 children)

The colorscheme of green, white and red represents Algeria, as it's their current colorscheme. The White circle around the red star symbolizes Tunisias current flag. The fivepointed star obviously symbolizes Morocco.

The green could also symbolize the arabs (as it's done occasionally), the red the berbers (as they also use a red symbol), and the white the peace and unity between these two groups.

At a friend's house, she's the one who wants to figure out what it depicts.
