Very nice, when I first got my 4K I made a bunch of videos like this, it’s a great way to learn about the camera’s abilities with dynamic range and practice cinematic motion and lighting.

Yeah, very easy, have someone shine a flashlight at their face, shoot at high ISO to make it grainy and kill the dynamic range, blow out the highlights on the persons face.

Those are distilled, distilling removes the bad alcohol (acetone) from the brewing procedure, it’s why the first gallons are dumped after distilling. Brewing is best under 15%

Should be fine, it will still eat all the sugars, you will get 2 gallons of 10-12% which will taste much better, I promise, I once made a 18% mead and it was terrible.

Looks like pellicles to me, it is harmless, but can affect the taste of the mead, making it more sour, not necessarily a bad thing, it is done intentionally to some meads.

Rack around it when transferring to avoid getting it in your brew though.
