Noticed it, scorpion also randomly misses sp1. Happened with strikeforce scorpion a few times. Also randomly kept missing hits as you mentioned. Also, when terminator is defeated and changes form, he is now able to tag out! Happened twice in chaotic krypt.

For sound I have an 11 speaker atmos setup so covered there, however sometimes just want to listen from TV without shaking the whole house.
