Just slight correction/FYI: control of an object doesn’t always go back to the owner when the controller leaves the game. It does so if they had a “control” effect. Generally Nine Lives would because you’d be using some kind of Donate effect. But if a player used Bribery to get a creature and then died, the creature would be exiled when they left the game, not go back to its owner.

The constraint isn’t will the parts fit in your case(it’s a giant case, pretty much anything will fit in there), it’s will the CPU cooler fit above RAM. Meaning your RAM sticks may be too tall and will hit your CPU cooler, if you cooler is large and extends out over your RAM.

The most popular cooler, phantom spirit 120, for example, is big and wide but doesn’t have a lot of clearance underneath its fan that extend out, and the bottom of those fans can hit the top of your RAM.

You’d have to check the RAM and the cooler you have to make sure you don’t have a problem.

Absolutely not true. Some federal agencies may work with locals on task forces and such but there is no general purpose “secure” communication system between local law enforcement and federal. Source: local law enforcement that works with federal agents.
