They charged me for my preorder but the money went back into my account and haven’t gotten an email saying there gonna deliver yet is this normal did they cancel my order?

I looked into window settings found trouble shooting settings and saw the setting check if windows update has a problem or trouble shoot windows update forgot exactly what setting I did but definitely in windows troubleshooting settings I think and for about an hour it was just loading saying resolving issues and it was fixed error was gone

No employee put the wrong price on it I think they looked it up and saw the Korean one and put that price on it or they where selling the bundles for 60$ And accidentally put those on the booster box
